March 11, Tech Crafts
March 13, Digital Storytelling
Teen Tech Week runs from Sunday, March 7-Saturday, March 13, 2010. Teen Tech Week is a national initiative for teens to take advantage of libraries’ nonprint resources. The 2010 theme is Learn, Create, Share @ Your Library. Teens are encouraged to get creative and explore the many types of technology available through the local library- gaming, DVDs, audiobooks, online resources, blogs, social networking, workshops, and more. This year, two programs will center on Teen Tech Week.

Thursday, March 11, 3:30-5:00 p.m., Teen Tech Craft
Stop by the library after school to make a personalized case for your digital device (iPod, cell phone, etc). All materials will be provided.

Saturday, March 13, 2:00-3:30 p.m., Teen Digital Storytelling
Come to this program and learn about Microsoft Photo Story. Use your pictures to tell a story. Then add effects, music, and more. Space is limited, so sign-up is encouraged.

Questions? Call Margaret, our Teen librarian, at 708-366-5205 x 317 for more information.
