3/1-3/31 DIY Program: Mancala and Shut the Box
Stop in the Children’s Room during the month of March to have fun with number skills, while you try these games of skill and luck.
Saturday, 3/1, 9:30-11:30 AM, Donuts for Dads
Join us for this family friendly drop in program. We’ll have crafts, books and board games out for you to enjoy along with breakfast treats from Blue Max Coffee. At 10:30 we’ll all head upstairs for a fun story time by the fireplace.
Friday, 3/21, 6 PM, Stuffed Animal Sleepover, Ages 2-6
Arrive at 6 PM for a short bedtime story with your stuffed pal. Leave your pal for some overnight fun at the library. Come back for a light breakfast at 9 AM on Saturday to see what the stuffed animals were up to during their slumber party. Registration required.
Monday, 3/24, Puppet Party
Stop by to create your own puppets and put on a spontaneous puppet show in the Children’s Room. Supplies will be provided.
Tuesday, 3/25, Games Galore
Challenge a friend or sibling to a fun board game. Games will be available all day in the Children’s Room.
Wednesday, 3/26, Freestyle Crafts
We’ve got the craft supplies; you’ve got the talent. Get those creative juices flowing! Supplies will be provided.
Thursday, 3/27, Build a Fort
Turn the Children’s Room into the fort of your dreams. Bring your own blankets and pillows or use what we have here to build a cozy hideaway.
Friday, 3/28, 2-3 PM, Mario Kart Tournament, Grades K-5
Kids entering grades K-5 are invited to prove their racing skills by participating in a Mario Kart tournament at RFPL. Space is limited so registration is encouraged.
4/1-4/30, DIY Program: Spinning Tops
See how long you can spin the tops before they tip over!
Friday, 4/4, 10 AM, Kindermusik with Miss Pat, 18 months-4 years

Too old for PJ story time? Wear your pajamas to the library anyway! Bring your own book or ask Miss Ellen for a personal recommendation. Pillows optional.

Join RFPL for our biggest event of the year! We’ll have a live storyteller show, a photo booth, balloon twisters, a dance floor for the kiddos, an after-hours DJ dance party for teens and more! We’ll also be serving up a free helping of ice cream. Don’t miss it.
