Facilities Committee Meeting Minutes
April 7th, 2010
3:30pm

Present: Trustees Joan Cusack, Alice Calabrese, Margaret Horstman. Director Sophia Anastos, staff member Rebecca Thornton. 

Capital Improvements: 
-Bids have been received from one company. Awaiting bids from two other companies. 
-The Committee reviewed the first bid and had a discussion regarding its contents. 
-The Committee will make a recommendation to the Board when they have reached their decision. 

Meeting Room Audio-Visual: 
-Bids for redoing the technological components of the Meeting Room are being received. -Two bids are currently in, awaiting one final bid. 

McBrady Roof Repair: 
-A bid will be placed in the papers near the end of April for repairs on the roof over the addition. 

Adjournment:
Facility Committee members agreed on a meeting time of 3:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month. Trustee Calabrese moved the meeting be adjourned at 4:30pm. Trustee Cusack seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
