Facilities Committee Meeting Minutes
May 5th, 2010
3:30pm

Present: Trustees Joan Cusack and Alice Calabrese. Director Sophia Anastos, staff member Rebecca Thornton. 

Capital Improvements: 
Two bids were received. After a discussion Trustee Cusack moved to recommend the Engeberg Anderson comprehensive study be approved by the Board for the cost of $10,000. The motion passed unanimously and the recommendation will be made to the Board at the May 18th meeting. 

Roof Repair: 
The Committee reviewed some shingle samples for aesthetic purposes. Director Anastos provided an update of the bid process for the roof work that was about to go underway. 

Adjournment: The Facilities Committee Meeting adjourned at 4:20pm.
