Executive Session
President O’Connor requested a motion to move to Executive Session.  Trustee Cusack so moved, and Trustee Coe seconded.  The motion passed unanimously.

Agenda:
President O’Connor distributed the completed Trustee evaluations of the Director and the Director’s self-evaluation.  Members requested more time to review the documents. 

Adjournment:
At 9:23 PM, President O’Connor requested a motion to adjourn the Executive Session. Trustee Cusack so moved, seconded by Trustee Coe.
