Facilities Committee – Landscaping Subcommittee- Meeting Minutes
Monday, February 14th

Present: Trustees Harley Beck, Alice Calabrese, Genie Halloran, and Margaret Horstman. Director Sophia Anastos, staff member Joanna Bertucci


The committee met for the first time to discuss landscaping projects for the library.  Ideas for the landscaping project were discussed.  The committee also discussed the direction of the project, goals, and a timeline. A second meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, March 15th at 6:30 pm. Director Sophia Anastos will gather input from staff and have those suggestions for the next meeting.
