Facilities Committee – Landscaping Subcommittee Stake Holders Meeting – Minutes
Wednesday, April 27th 7:30 pm

Present: Margaret Horseman, Alice Calabrese-Berry, Joan O’Connor. Also present, Sophia Anastos, Sue Crothers Gee and Mike Sletten. 

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm. 

All present introduced themselves to the group. 

Trustee Horstman shared background information and invited comments and discussion around the topic of community support and participation in creating a Master Landscaping Plan for the River Forest Public Library. 

Mr. Sletten and Ms. Crothers spoke about their community involvement and current projects and made helpful recommendations as to productive future partnerships both from the perspective of community involvement as well as from the perspective of funding support. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
