Facilities Committee Meeting Minutes
Thursday, October 20, 2011
2:00 pm 


Present:  Trustee Claudette Zobel and staff members Joanna Bertucci and Ted Bodewes were present. 

Call to Order:  Trustee Zobel called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm. 

Minutes:  No approval of minutes as quorum was not met. 

New Business: 
a. Opening, Reading and Recording of Low-Slope Roofing Replacement Bids at 2:05 pm.

As quorum was not met, there was no discussion of bids.  After the reading all bids will be sent to Engberg Anderson for their review and recommendation. 

4 Bids were received; Trustee Zobel opened the envelopes and read the bids aloud:

Riddiford Roofing Company: 
a. The packet included: Bid Form, Contractors Qualification Statement and Bid Bond
b. Contract #4/Combination Bid: $84, 950.00

At the conclusion of the reading, Trustee Zobel adjourned the meeting at 2:15 pm.
