Policy Committee Meeting Minutes
August 29th, 2011 10:00 am

Present: Trustees Genie Halloran and Mary T. Small. Director Sophia Anastos, staff members Joanna Bertucci and Hadley Ford. President Joan O’Connor was present to observe. 

Call to Order: The Policy Committee Meeting was called to order at 10:05 am.


Staff Equipment and Computer Use Policy
Equipment and Computer Use Policy
Both policies were reviewed and a discussion of policy versus procedure took place.
After a short discussion, it was decided that both policies would be presented to the Board for approval at the September 20th meeting.
