Facilities Committee Meeting Minutes
Thursday, December 8, 2011
2:00 pm


Present:  Trustees Alice Calabrese-Berry, Claudette Zobel, Director Sophia Anastos and staff member Joanna Bertucci was present. President Joan O’Connor arrived at 2:05 pm.

Visitors: Representative from Amber Mechanical, Representative from Ideal Heating, Representative from Premier Heating, Representative from F.E. Moran/Lori Lempa, Representative from Monaco Mechanical, Representative from A. Acitelli Heating/Scott Stratton, Representative from DTS Enterprises/Ricardo Pinel, and Representative from Westside Mechcanical/Don Kenah.

Call to Order:  Trustee Calabrese-Berry called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm. 

Minutes:  Trustee Calabrese Barry called for a motion to approve the minutes from the October 25, 2011 meeting.  Trustee Zobel moved to approve, Trustee Calabrese-Berry seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

a. Chiller Replacement Bid Opening at 2:05 pm.

After the bid opening Trustee Calabrese-Berry announced that all bids will be reviewed by the firm Engberg Anderson and a contract will be awarded at the December 20, 2011 Regular Board meeting.

Visitors left at 2:15 pm and trustees examined the bid documents and discussed bids.

The committee scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 7:00 pm to review the recommendation of Engberg Anderson. 

Trustee Calabrese-Berry adjourned the meeting at 2:30 pm.
